Okay, so Josh bought this turkey costume, but the only way I could get him to wear it to the party was to somehow come up with a family theme. I already had the indian costume, so I made Bailee's pilgrim outfit (which I know is a boy pilgrim, but the girl pilgrim looked like a pioneer and I didn't want any confusion :) and there you have it Happy Thanksgiving and Halloween all rolled into one!

Oh my goodness I love it! You all look so great. I think Bailey’s costume is so cute, you MADE it? Talk about talent. That’s my next purchase…a sewing machine, maybe Santa will bring one to me this year! I had one but it was old and really more hassle than anything so I chucked it when we moved to Rexburg. I still have pj bottoms that are half sewn. It looks like you had a fun Halloween.
Josh never looked better!
Wow, Karlie, You are very creative. How did you make her costume? It is adorable. I'm impressed you got Josh to wear that, I couldn't even get Ryan to dress up on Halloween.
Josh and his costumes...
I voted for you guys for the Halloween costume prize. I loved it! I have a stork costume I bought for Traci's baby shower. I'm going to see if my husband will wear it to the turkey trot. Tell Josh not to be surprised if he is running next to what appears to be the Vlasic pickle stork! You guys looked AWESOME!
When Josh and I used to eat at the Galley together I always got turkey sandwiches. Looking back I wonder if he didn't always want to be a turkey, and if I didn't, in my callousness, hurt his delicate feelings by barbarically consuming turkey and cheese in front of him. This may, now that I think of it, explain how he would sometimes act out by trying to sit in my seat on occasion.
